This weekend was monumental for the Carthage Theater!!
Blood and Glory cometh…. We got two full prototypes printed (minus miniatures). Cards, Player Decks, Arena Tokens, and Game and Player Boards! This game looks even better than we could've hoped for.. The new art direction brings it to a new level, with the linen finished cards giving it such a visceral feeling. To top it off we spent the whole weekend at a local board game con playing, playing, and more playing with lots of more Bloodthirsties! We got such a great response from everyone who played it, with handfuls of people coming back to play a second time. This game is easy to learn, vicious to play, and such a blast whether you take the win or are finished in glorious battle! We even playtested new game modes, including my personal favourite, a 2 vs 2 chained match, where teams of players cannot move more than 1 space away from each other!
